Account and data deletion requests

This page provides the official deletion request process for Med Syntegrate users and is intended for policy references in app-store review workflows.

To request account deletion or personal-data deletion, email support@medsyntegrate.com.

What to include in your request

Please include:

  • full name,
  • registered email address or phone number,
  • request type: "Delete account" or "Delete specific data",
  • any relevant context needed to locate your account.

Verification process

Before processing deletion, Med Syntegrate may ask you to verify account ownership through registered contact channels and additional confirmation checks where required.

Processing timeline

  • Acknowledgement: within 3 business days.
  • Completion: within 30 days after successful verification.
  • If a legal retention requirement applies, you will be informed in the response.

Important effects

  • Account deletion permanently removes account access and associated profile data.
  • Data deletion requests may remove records while preserving only information required by law.
  • Deletion actions can be irreversible once processing is complete.
